How it works
From Assessment Design to Final Department Review
MedicReady creates a clear sequence of ownership, approval, administration, evidence review, and department decision-making.
The department assessment workflow
Create the assessment
Define the purpose, assessment type, audience, dates, modules, and administration method.
Add department-controlled content
Add written questions, scenarios, oral prompts, instructions, protocol references, criteria, rating guidance, critical actions, and report criteria.
Configure the candidate flow
Set sequence, timing, visibility, response format, media, follow-up questions, and applicable integrity requirements.
Review and approve
Authorized reviewers inspect the assessment package before it is made available.
Publish and lock
Approve an assessment version so candidate attempts remain tied to the exact content and criteria used.
Invite candidates
Add candidates, distribute invitations or access codes, and define assessment windows.
Administer the assessment
Candidates complete the modules assigned by the department through the configured experience.
Review the evidence
Authorized evaluators review responses, recordings, transcripts, criteria-aligned evidence, and attempt records.
Record the department decision
The department documents authorized review activity and determines the final disposition.
Why locking matters
A completed attempt should point back to a stable approved package.
Changes belong in a new version. This keeps earlier attempts connected to the content, instructions, and criteria that applied when the candidate completed the assessment.
Final decisions stay with the department.
MedicReady does not independently determine who passes, advances, is hired, is promoted, or is clinically cleared.
