Privacy and data use

A Plain-Language View of Assessment Data

This product explanation is not a substitute for a legally reviewed privacy notice or the agreement governing a specific department deployment.

Information MedicReady may process

The information present in an attempt depends on department configuration and the modules assigned to the candidate.

Assessment and identity information

Assessment content, candidate account or assignment details, identifying information, and department instructions.

Candidate responses

Written answers, audio or video recordings, transcripts, scenario requests, oral responses, and handoff evidence.

Administration information

Timing, module completion, navigation, technical events, and integrity-related events when collected.

Department review information

Evaluator ratings, observations, notes, reviewer actions, and department dispositions.

Who may access assessment records

Authorized department users

Administrators and evaluators access records through their assigned assessment responsibilities.

Candidates

Candidates access the assigned assessment experience and any information the department specifically makes available to them.

MedicReady operations

Authorized operations may process information as needed to provide, support, and maintain the configured service.

Detailed evaluator reports are not automatically provided to candidates.

MedicReady Guide

The public MedicReady Guide is an AI conversational guide, not a human, evaluator, clinician, hiring authority, or decision-maker. It is separate from every department assessment and cannot access candidate or customer records.

Live media processing

Tavus and Daily process microphone audio and generated media to provide the live conversation. Visitor camera access is not required.

Guide privacy settings

MedicReady does not configure conversation recording, callbacks, or persistent visitor memory for the public Guide and does not receive a Guide transcript in this release.

What not to share

Do not provide patient information, candidate records, employment details, account credentials, assessment content, or other sensitive information to the Guide.

Human follow-up

If the Guide does not know an answer, use the existing request-demo or contact path. The Guide cannot automatically send your conversation or contact information.

Department responsibility and candidate questions

Departments are responsible for lawful assessment design, candidate notices, instructions, access decisions, clinical content, and outcome communications. Candidates should direct eligibility, score, appeal, and retake questions to the administering department.

Do not upload real patient records.

Assessment scenarios should use fictional or properly de-identified patient information unless an authorized agreement and configuration explicitly supports another use.
